One of Arizona's true historic jewels, the fifty-three room and suite Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort began in 1929. With the recent addition of the twenty-seven Catalina rooms and on the recommendation of Ms. Lizarraga from Focus Hospitality, ownership for Hacienda del Sol subscribed to Utiya commencing in December 2015. With a high level of engagement between Hacienda's Revenue Manager and the Utiya development team, a new level of dynamic room rate pricing has been achieved at this property.
